Ana Isabel de Ramos Rosa Gândara Lourenço, nasceu em Lisboa no dia 5 de agosto de 1976, cidade onde atualmente reside com a sua família.
Desde sempre se sentiu fascinada pelas artes em geral, sendo uma apaixonada pela música e pelo canto, e cedo desenvolveu gosto pela pintura, em especial, pela pintura abstrata.
Advogada há mais de 20 anos, encontrou na pintura um modo alternativo de olhar o mundo e gerir emoções. Tendo experimentado vários meios e técnicas artísticas, encontrou na tinta acrílica aplicada em tela o meio ideal para se expressar.
Artista autodidata, privilegia o uso de tintas acrílicas e gesso em tela e em papel de aguarela no seu processo criativo, reconhecendo que este se traduz num método meditativo no qual tem oportunidade de trabalhar emoções através de luz, sombra e cores.
As suas obras, repletas de cor e textura, revelam o que de mais profundo sente e vive, representando verdadeiras janelas para o que lhe vai na alma.
Presentemente, dedica-se à família e à pintura, áreas que verdadeiramente a realizam.

Ana Isabel de Ramos Rosa Gândara Lourenço, was born in Lisbon on the 5th August 1976, city where she currently lives with her family.
She has always been fascinated by the arts in general, being passionate about music and singing, and soon developed a taste for painting, especially abstract painting.
Lawyer for over 20 years, she found in painting an alternative way of looking at the world and managing emotions. Having experimented with various artistic media and techniques, she found in acrylic paint applied on canvas the ideal mean to express herself.
A self-taught artist, she favours the use of acrylic paints and gesso on canvas and watercolour paper in her creative process, recognising that this translates into a meditative method in which she has the opportunity to work on emotions through light, shadow and colours.
Her works, full of colour and texture, reveal her deepest feelings and experiences, representing true windows to her soul. At the moment, she dedicates herself to her son and husband and to painting, areas that truly fulfill her.
